Fatimata B. Sawaneh

FOUNDER & PRODUCER

Model, Creative Producer and Founder of Future Models of Africa, Fatimata B. Sawaneh has worked across international television, modelling, fashion and creative production, drawing inspiration from her roots across Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire and The Gambia. As one of the founders of CoC Collective, she has organised large-scale fashion shows, while independently producing shooting trips and fashion editorials and developing creative projects with emerging talent. As Founder & Producer of Future Models of Africa, she leads the vision, format development, partnerships and production direction, bringing together her industry experience and Pan-African perspective to build a format with global ambitions.

Luti Fagbenle

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Founder & CEO of Osun Group and a BAFTA-nominated Executive Producer, Luti Fagbenle has worked across music and television with credits spanning Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Drake and Ed Sheeran, as well as productions for Netflix and other major platforms. As Executive Producer of Future Models of Africa, he leads the production strategy and brings the international expertise needed to take the format to a global audience.

Massamba Diongue

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & HEAD OF DESIGN

Founder & Creative Director of Mass’Attitude and founder of Thiès Fashion Show, Massamba Diongue is a Senegalese fashion designer whose work has been showcased across Senegal, including at Dakar Fashion Week. As Creative Director & Head of Design of Future Models of Africa, he shapes the visual language, creative direction and design identity of the format, bringing a distinctly Senegalese perspective and deep understanding of African fashion to its global vision.

Eliot Dupuis

ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY ADVISOR

Investment Manager at Dupuis Investment and part of Africa Courtside Holding, Eliot Dupuis works across fashion, entertainment, sports and investment, with a focus on Africa and international markets. His experience includes work connected to NBA Africa and the Basketball Africa League (BAL), alongside fashion and entertainment initiatives. As Entertainment Industry Advisor of Future Models of Africa, he advises on industry positioning, partnerships and the commercial potential of the format, helping connect FMA to a global audience.

Chika Umeadi

STRATEGIC & FINANCIAL ADVISOR

Founder & Partner of tiphub Capital and Chief Investment Officer at Paradise Equity Partners, Chika Umeadi works at the intersection of technology, finance and African entrepreneurship. His experience includes Google, venture investing and supporting African and diaspora founders through tiphub, with a focus on innovation and emerging markets. As Strategic & Financial Advisor of Future Models of Africa, he brings commercial insight, financial rigor and long-term strategic thinking to the format’s growth and global ambitions.
